Income Tax Preparation Service

Our Tax preparation service covers every State and includes all the returns for Federal, State and City, where required for both business and personal for every member.

You must file federal tax return with the IRS every year, regardless of whether you have made a profit, failure to do so could result in heavy fines against you personally as well as your business. Keeping up to date is vitally important and using an accountant experienced in dealing with overseas investors is an easy way to prevent penalties.

Tax prep              $325 per year per entity. Includes 1 property.

Each additional property is a further $85

ITIN application.

When you file your federal tax return each filer must have an Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN). Application for this can be complicated and time consuming, typically 3 months, as well as requiring that you send your original passport to the IRS. Our ITIN application service not only simplifies and guides you through the process, but in most cases, we can remove the need to send in your original passport to the IRS.

ITIN’s are also required for other tax related forms and for the sale of real estate.

FIRPTA Withholding Tax

If you live outside the US and sell a property you should be subject to withholding tax under the FIRPTA rules. Calculating the amount, working out which from to use and how to fill it in can be daunting, especially when you are not familiar with the terminology. Our independent CPA can quickly calculate the tax due as well and complete and submit the documents to the IRS.

$500 per property sale.
